By inviting the Codebasics QuizMaster Discord bot ("the Bot") to your server, or by participating in quizzes through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the Bot from your server and discontinue use.
The Bot provides quiz-based learning activities within Discord servers, including scheduled quizzes, scoring, streaks, and leaderboards, along with an admin dashboard for server administrators to configure and manage content.
You agree not to:
Server administrators who install the Bot and use the admin dashboard are responsible for the quiz content they create, the configuration they apply, and for managing access to their dashboard credentials.
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Bot at any time.
Use of the Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is used.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codebasics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For questions about these Terms, please contact the server administrator or email us at info@codebasics.io.
